What We Do

Creative Health works with a diverse range of health and wellbeing partners on every stage of a project: from conception and commissioning to planning, delivery and evaluation.

Our recent projects for pregnancy and early years, children 5 – 11 years and young people have focused on empowering individuals to be smokefree, and supporting them to live healthier, longer, happier lives. Creative wellbeing work with adults has provided unique access and engagement with the arts and artists, offering a rare opportunity to learn artistic skills, meet new people and take a break from the stress of everyday life. Our work with older people has continued to find dynamic and innovative ways to enable older people to participate in the arts.

Current clients and partners include Dudley Office of Public Health, Wolverhampton City Council, Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Refugee and Migrant Centre (Wolverhampton & The Black Country), Staffordshire County Council, Choices Housing Association and the National Alliance for Arts, Health and Wellbeing.

Creative Health supports West Midlands Arts Health & Wellbeing – the regional network dedicated to profiling arts and health work – and represents the West Midlands at the National Alliance for Arts, Health and Wellbeing.
