Creative Health worked with five care providers in Staffordshire to develop our programme of Living Room Artist Residencies. ‘Read More’ to see and hear the moving stories told by staff and residents.
Creative Health worked with Staffordshire Council, Wolverhampton Art Gallery and Staffordshire Association of Registered Care Providers (SARCP) to explore new models to support high quality arts activities for older people in care homes. Living Room Artist Residencies enabled Care Homes to commission professional artists to produce new contemporary artworks during 3-6 month residencies at their care settings. Residents and staff worked with artists Sally Tonge, Jim Morris, The Cultural Sisters and Mark Riley.
